Coating flexibility

Blygold PoluAl MC is a highly flexible coating specifically developed for microchannel heat exchangers. Even after extensive thermal cycling, the coating retains its flexibility and withstands fin deformation without cracking or delamination.

An additional advantage of this flexibility is that flat microchannel coils can be bent after the coating has been applied. Testing has demonstrated that the coating remains fully intact, even in the bent sections of the coil.

Application flexibility

Blygold PoluAl MC is applied using Blygold’s proprietary spray technology, ensuring complete and uniform coverage of microchannel heat exchangers (MCHEs). The coating can be applied to virtually any size or configuration, both during manufacturing (OEM) and on existing equipment. Pre-formed and pre-bent coils can also be treated effectively, providing long-term corrosion protection without compromising heat transfer or system performance.
